Deva International Society for Child Care (DISCC), Varanasi is a registered NGO from 28 years. Established in 1991 its main focus is to help children and Families from various childhood Mental, Physical and emotional problems and to train parents in effective parenting skills and Technique. Also to sensitize and train government, Semi Govt. and private organizations and officers in prevention of child abuse, trafficking and various other Mental health problems such as disabilities among children and to rehabilitate such victims. Since last 28 years the organization has won many awards and felicitations even from Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi for its services in the field of child psychiatric problems. The institution Deva Center caters to the needs of UP, Bihar, Nepal and it is 1st in Varanasi to do such services. It is well connected Nationally and Internationally with USA, France, Holland, Dubai, Re- Union Island, and has all the transparencies and accountabilities in its ventures. Dr. Tulsi is the chief Psychologist, Counselor and Psychotherapist and founder President of this organization. Last but not the least, The project SAAHAS with Police services of UP is the result of this organization.
