Dr. Tulsi who is the CEO, facilitator and coach of Changemakers has more than 30 years of National and International Experience in this Field and he is the First Psychologist of Uttar Pradesh, who gave an independent Scientific dimension to the field of Psychology and Mental Health Promotion. He has been a Visiting Prof. to various countries like France, Holland , Re union Islands  and Middle East. He held the Post of chief Psychologist of BHU, Varanasi and trained more than 50000 youths ,officials, and families in these Mental health promotion Skill development  programs. Some of the programs are stress and burnout management, High power communication skills, Confidence building and personality development, Leadership Qualities and success, Power of positive thinking, Marital Harmonies and various other mental health issues of day to day life at Individual and group level. 

More recently, Prime Minister Mr. Modi Ji  ,during his visit to Varanasi has also facilitated his efforts by honoring his Services and Disability issues by honoring his Institution Children .At present he is attached with UP100, Police Force as a Consultant on Various Psychological Issues and Mental Health Emergencies. About 5oo Police Force personnel’s of UP100 have been trained by him under training the trainers programme.
